Titan Poker’s 6th Anniversary Celebration Rolling

The month of September may be almost half over, but that just means Titan Poker’s 6th Anniversary Celebration is in full swing.  All month, the headline member of the iPoker Network is holding a series of promotions for players, including the opportunity to play with the site’s pros.  Here is what’s going on:

Heads-Up Championship

Twice a week, players can qualify for a $3,000 Heads-Up Championship tournament to be held at the end of September and into October.  Every Sunday and Tuesday, Titan Poker will hold Points races with the winner of each race qualifying for the Heads-Up Championship.  In order to give players at all levels a chance to compete, the races will be divided into four divisions: Clubs, Diamonds, Hearts, and Spades, which correspond to the Iron-Bronze, Copper-Silver, Gold-Platinum, and Titanium-Diamond VIP levels, respectively.  Each player can only qualify once for the Heads-Up Championship, so if someone does top a Points leaderboard more than once, the second place finisher will be awarded the spot in the tournament.

The tournament will start with two rounds on September 28th as the qualifiers from each division battle it out to reach the final table.  The quarterfinals and semifinals will run on September 29th, followed by a two day break before the final table on October 2nd, which will feature the winner from the Clubs/Diamonds side of the bracket and the winner from the Spades/Hearts side.  The winner will receive $3,000.

Mystery Week

Each week during September, a new prize or promotion will be offered.  This week, which started Monday and runs through Sunday, Titan Poker is offering a 60 percent reload bonus up to $600.  The bonus will be paid out in $5 increments for every 250 Points earned at real money tables.

Sam and Marvin’s Playground

This coming Sunday, September 18th, and the following Sunday, Titan Poker pros Sam Trickett and Marvin Rettenmaier will sit down at three different cash game tables so that customers can play and chat with them.  September 18th is Marvin’s day; from 20:00 to 23:00 GMT, he will sit at a $10/$20 table (named “Marvin’s High Stakes”), a $1/$2 table (“Marvin’s Mid Stakes”), and a $0.10/$0.20 table (“Marvin’s Low Stakes”) under his screen name, “xcrash154.”

On September 25th, it’s Sam’s turn.  He will sit at the same stakes at the same times as Marvin, using the same table name format.

The tables will be locked until the pros sit down, when they will type the table password into the chat box.  Players can use that password to take their seats.  Seats are available on a first come, first served basis.

In addition to the special cash games, each pro will be playing in his week’s Sunday $200,000 Guaranteed tournament with a $200 bounty on his head.

$6,000 Anniversary Freeroll

Everyone who earns at least 60 Points during the month of September will qualify for the $6,000 Anniversary Freeroll to be held on Thursday, October 6th at 20:00 GMT.

For all promotions, keep in mind that players must “opt-in” in order to be eligible, lest any Points earned not count.  Players may opt-in on Titan Poker’s website.
