Just in time for the holiday season is a brand new book from Drag the Bar instructor Dusty Schmidt called “Don’t Listen to Phil Hellmuth: Correcting the 50 Worst Pieces of Poker Advice You’ve Ever Heard.” The book, the first for Schmidt since “Treat Your Poker Like a Business,” will be available in e-book format on December 6th at DustySchmidt.net.
Leading the tournament nearly wire-to-wire, Germany’s Sebastian Homann emerged as the champion of the World Poker Tour’s (WPT) stop at the Casino de Marrakech in Morocco.

In an auction that closed on Wednesday, the 1999 World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelet won by Paul “Eskimo” Clark in a $1,500 Razz event fetched $4,050. The auction attracted 15 bids after a starting price of $1,000 was established. The lucky winner was “n***x,” whose identity is not known due to eBay privacy rules.
