Full Tilt Poker has added a new pro to their roster, Poker.org sold for $1 million, and so much more in tonight’s Nightly Turbo.
LAS VEGAS –The newly formed North American Poker Tour has reached an agreement with cable network ESPN2 to air 16 one-hour episodes of its tournaments.
According to a source close to Full Tilt Poker, the site’s pros are able to play in any competitor’s open event. The squad’s ability to enter this weekend’s PokerStars North American Poker Tour (NAPT) Main Event appeared to be in doubt.

Online poker site Titan Poker made its film debut earlier this month when it appeared in Pierre Morel’s From Paris With Love, starring John Travolta and Jonathan Rhys Meyers. The film, which was released on February 5th in the U.S., was co-written and produced by the critically acclaimed French director Luc Besson, whose production company chose to partner with Titan Poker and feature the online poker room in the film.
After almost two weeks of play at the M Resort & Casino, the PartyPoker Premier League IV reached it’s conclusion on Thursday night with David Benyamine beating Luke “FullFlush” Schwartz for the title and $400,000.
On Tuesday, a hearing in Massachusetts will feature a discussion of whether poker should legally be considered a game of skill. Supporting the measure is the Harvard-based Global Poker Strategic Thinking Society (GPSTS).
