- SEAT POSITION - The actual seat a player has, normally numbered sequentially starting with 1 as the first seat to dealer's left. Not to be confused with POSITION in a particular pot. - ROLLED UP - In seven-card stud, being dealt three of a kind in the first three cards.
- BIG SLICK - In Texas Hold'em, hole cards of A-K, suited or not.
- REPRESENT - Implying, by one's betting style, that one has a particular hand.
- POCKET PAIR - Generic Hold'em term for 2 hole cards of the same rank.
- LITTLE SLICK - In Hold'em, hole cards of A-2, suited or not.
