Video poker license granted to Elmwood Oasis Truck Stop
After nine years of planning, building, bickering and delays, the Elmwood Oasis Truck Stop in Harahan finally has been granted a video poker license. Co-owner George Ackel made the announcement at Thursday’s Harahan City Council meeting.
