‘Little evidence’ to link blackjack with problem gambling: Brumby
There is “very little evidence” to link blackjack and poker with problem gambling, Premier John Brumby says.

- COMMUNITY CARDS - Cards that are available for every player to use in making a hand. Usually dealt face up somewhere in the middle of the table.
- LOWBALL - Generic term for poker where the lowest hand wins.
- CALLER - One who calls. Sometimes used collectively, as in "3 callers".
- PASSED OUT. - A hand in which nobody opens. What happens next is a function of the game being played.
- GUT SHOT - A draw to an inside straight, as in 2-3-4-6.
- OPEN - Make the first bet in a hand, especially in draw poker.
