Poker’s Hall of Shame
Recently, Poker Hall of Famer Doyle Brunson wrote a great blog on what he called the poker hall of shame. It was his opinion that some pros have been particularly abusive to dealers and other players at the table while playing.

Poker argot:
- BET - To put money into the pot, pursuant to the rules of the game, thus maintaining a chance of winning the pot.
- TIGHT - [1] A style of play that entails playing fewer hands than average. Antonym: LOOSE. [2] A FULL HOUSE.
- RUNNER-RUNNER - A hand made using both of the last two cards dealt.
- FULL OF - Describes a full house. "Fives full of queens" is 5-5-5-Q-Q.
- COLD CALL - Calling both a bet and raise at the same time, as opposed to calling a bet then later calling a raise made after the call.
- STACKED [DECK] - A deck that has been arranged to give one player a huge advantage. Also: RIGGED.
