Judge holds cards in poker dispute
One of New Zealand’s top poker players has fallen out with a man described as being like his brother, over a claim they had an agreement to share thousand of dollars in tournament winnings.

- DOUBLE BELLY BUSTER - A two-way inside straight. E.g., 3-5-6-7-9.
- HOLE CARDS - In Stud and Hold'em, the face-down cards dealt to each player.
- UNDER THE GUN - The position that has to act first in a round of betting.
- OVER - A term used in describing two pair or a full house. "Kings over tens" means two pair, kings and tens. "Jacks over", also "Jacks up" describes a hand that is two pair: Jacks with an unspecified lower pair. Also used to describe a full house, distinguishing the three of a kind from the pair. The hand J-J-J-A-A could be described as "Full house, Jacks over Aces".
