Video poker distributors accused of tax fraud
Chuck Ardo, a spokesman for Gov. Ed Rendell, said the governor would like the Legislature to legalize video poker before June 30. Rendell wants to tax revenue from machines because the money could help parents with tuition costs.

Poker glossary:
- REPRESENT - Implying, by one's betting style, that one has a particular hand.
- FOLD - To decline to call a bet, thus dropping out of a hand.
- HOUSE RULE - Rules and interpretations (e.g., use of wild cards, or rules on having to show beaten hands) that are specific to an establishment or even tables within the establishment.
- FLAT LIMIT - A variant of fixed limit where all bets are the same amount.
- PAY OFF - Calling a bet with little expectation of winning, unless the opponent is bluffing.
- TRIPS - Three of a kind. In Hold'em the term SET is used when two of the three cards are hole cards.
