Poker players swarm site seeking input on big issues
During his transition to the White House, President Barack Obama asked Americans to send him their policy priorities, the makings of a Citizens Briefing Book for his new administration. Poker players flooded the Web site, suggesting online gambling should be made legal. The timing couldnt have been better.

Poker slang:
- SHORT-STACKED - Playing with a only a small amount of money, thus limiting one's risk and reward.
- ON THE COME - A situation where the player does not have a complete hand but hopes to make one if the right cards come up.
- RAKE - Money taken from each pot and given to the house in return for hosting the game. Usually a percentage of the pot (5%-10%) up to some maximum amount.
- OVERPAIR - In Hold'em, a pair in the hole that is larger than any community card on the board.
- CALLER - One who calls. Sometimes used collectively, as in "3 callers".
- POCKET ROCKETS - In Hold'em, a pair of aces for hole cards.
