The Breckenridge Rugby Club is having a poker night today at 8 p.m. at Fatty’s Pizzeria in Breckenridge. Come try out your poker face to support the rugby club. A portion of the proceeds will donating to to the building of a turf field at SHS.

Poker jargon:
- SIXTH STREET - The sixth card dealt in 7-card stud.
- PASSED OUT. - A hand in which nobody opens. What happens next is a function of the game being played.
- WORLD SERIES OF POKER - A series of several different poker games with relatively large buy-ins, culminating in a $10,000 buy-in no-limit Hold'em tournament, the winner of which is crowned the World Poker Champion. Sponsored by Binion's Horseshoe Club in Las Vegas.
- RAINBOW - In flop games, a flop in which no two cards are of the same suit. "The flop was A 9 7 rainbow."
- ALL-IN - To have all of one's chips in the pot. A player who is all-in cannot be forced out of the pot by more betting, but is only eligible to win that portion of the pot he has contributed to. Generally, a SIDE POT is created each time a player is all-in.
- CUT - To break the deck into 2 stacks of at least 5 cards each. Usually performed by the player to the dealer's right to insure that the the deck is not stacked.
