Poker Players in Oklahoma and Missouri Can Play for Thousands This January
Starting this January, Bordertown Casino in Wyandotte, Oklahoma will offer poker players a chance to win thousands in cash and prizes. The Heartland Poker League will be offered on Thursdays at 7pm from January 8th until March 12th.

- BACK DOOR - Applies to a hand that was made in the last card or two, specifically not a hand the player was originally planning on having. Most often applied to straights and flushes.
- ON THE COME - A situation where the player does not have a complete hand but hopes to make one if the right cards come up.
- SMALL BLIND - In games with two blinds the first blind is the SMALL BLIND because it is usually one-half (or less) the second or large blind.
- HOYLE - Edmund Hoyle (1769-?) was the authoritative source for rules of card games. Hoyle is to card rules as Webster is to word definitions.
