Online Poker Player Wins Battle Against Tax Man

November 19 - A Swedish judge has ruled that since the Isle of Man is an EU member, the player does not have to pay taxes on his poker winnings.

LOCK - A hand that cannot be beat under any circumstances. Also: NUTS.
