Making of a New Poker Game
Poker 2-11 is possibly the next big thing in poker, with some new rules that make it an entertaining cousin to Omaha and Texas Holdem. What is certain is that its creator, Bruce Paul, is entertaining to talk to.

Poker argot:
- BEE No. 92 (TM) - Trade name for the "diamond back" cards frequently used in casino games. Compare: RIDER BACK.
- QUALIFIER - A minimum standard that a hand must meet in order to win. Usually applied to the lowball side of a high-low split pot.
- BRODERICK CRAWFORD - In Hold'em, hole cards of 10-4. From the 1950s TV series "Highway Patrol", starring Broderick Crawford.
- RAKE - Money taken from each pot and given to the house in return for hosting the game. Usually a percentage of the pot (5%-10%) up to some maximum amount.
- OVERCALL - To call a bet after one or more players already called.
- RUSH - A winning streak. Also "ON A RUSH".
