ALBANY - A Missouri-based company that wants to run free poker games in bars is suing New York state to overturn a law that bars the games.

In cooperation with the Darlington Chamber of Commerce and the Lamar Special Events Committee, the Lamar Rescue Squad will hold a Benefit Poker Run to raise funds to support volunteer-based EMS services to the citizens of the town of Lamar.
