PartyPoker Company Looking at Layoffs
When the online poker boom hit, PartyGaming was the biggest company running a poker room online, and now they are looking at layoffs for their Gibraltar employees. Based out of Gibraltar, PartyGaming runs a number of online gambling sites, including PartyBingo, PartyGammon and PartyCasino, in addition to their most well known brand, PartyPoker. According to reports, they will be laying off a third of their employees, a counterpoint to the days that PartyGaming boasted the largest Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the London Stock Exchange.
