Manfredâs to host poker run
STEUBENVILLE - Manfred’s Restaurant will host the first Urban Mission Poker Run Sunday “in order to help a friend in need.” Judy Manfred, owner of the Sunset Boulevard business, said the poker run will start at noon and will conclude at 4 p.m.
