Macau Poker Event Won by Timoshenko
The Asian Poker Tour’s heralded event in Macau is over, and the winner is 20-year-old Yevgeniy Timoshenko from the United States. Timoshenko stood alone at the end, with a half million first place prize after beating Joon Hee Yeah from South Korea in heads up play. Yeah won $250k, and third place for $126k was Rober Karlian from Thailand…

- SMALL BLIND - In games with two blinds the first blind is the SMALL BLIND because it is usually one-half (or less) the second or large blind.
- PAY STATION - A player who rarely folds, thus who frequently calls better hands and loses. Almost as much fun as a LIVE ONE.
- POT - The total amount of money bet so far in a hand.
- BELLY BUSTER - An inside straight draw. Same as GUTSHOT.
- OVER - A term used in describing two pair or a full house. "Kings over tens" means two pair, kings and tens. "Jacks over", also "Jacks up" describes a hand that is two pair: Jacks with an unspecified lower pair. Also used to describe a full house, distinguishing the three of a kind from the pair. The hand J-J-J-A-A could be described as "Full house, Jacks over Aces".
- RUSH - A winning streak. Also "ON A RUSH".
