Online Poker Room Launches DareDevil Facebook App
Online poker room Poker Room.com has put out a new Facebook application that will leverage the power of the social networking site to raise awareness of their poker room. The application is called DareDevil and awards points for players completing the best poker hands in a given time frame. The social aspect comes into play by displaying the score of friends on a user’s homepage, allowing for competition.

Poker lingo:
- MIDDLE POSITION - Betting positions approximately halfway around the table from the first player to act.
- RUNNER-RUNNER - A hand made using both of the last two cards dealt.
- BICYCLE - The best possible low hand: A-2-3-4-5. More common term: WHEEL.
- NUT / NUTS - The best possible hand of a given class. Not a LOCK unless all cards have been dealt. The "nut flush" is the highest possible flush, but might still lose to, e.g., a full house. Usually used in Hold'em games.
- FILL - To draw a card that makes a five-card hand (straight, flush, full house, straight flush).
- NO-LIMIT POKER - A game where there is no maximum bet; a player can wager any amount (perhaps above some minimum) up to whatever money is on the table in front of him.
