In what is being called a freak accident a 20 year old poker player, participating in a prop bet that had him hurtling down a hotel hallway clad in only socks and underwear, crashed through a fifth floor window and fell 40 feet to his death. Now Teltscher has file a law suit against PokerStars in order to reclaim her tourney winnings.
