Poker Musical to Debut
This year during the 2008 World Series of Poker Main Event the first ever musical based on poker will debut. The special one-hour concert will play on July 4-5. Those watching the action in the Amazon poker room at the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas won’t have far to go to watch the show - it will be at the Masquerade Theatre inside the Rio…

- FOLD - To decline to call a bet, thus dropping out of a hand.
- DOOR [CARD] - A player's first upcard in stud games.
- DOYLE BRUNSON - In Hold'em, 10-2 in the hole. So named because Doyle Brunson won two straight WSOPs (q.v.) in 1975 and 1976 with 10-2 on the last hand. (Suited (spades) in 1975, unsuited in 1976).
- WALK - A pot won by the last blind when no one opens.
- FISH - A player who loses money. An old saying is "If you can't spot the fish at the table, *you* are the fish.".
- LAY ODDS - To give favorable odds to an opponent.
