A Renton lawyer and state director of the Poker Players Alliance says he’ll appeal the King County Superior Court decision upholding the state ban on Internet gambling.

 

CONCORD (AP) The New Hampshire Senate has rejected allowing video lottery machines at the state’s four race tracks, but voted to tax Texas Hold ‘Em poker games.

 

The World Series of Poker, poker’s most prestigious event, will kick off in a few short weeks. The WSOP features world championships in various forms of the game, all leading up to the granddaddy of them all, the $10,000 buy-in Main Event.
