Woman charged with two counts of fraud: After trying to pass off poker chips as toonies
SUMMERSIDE-A 20-year-old local woman has been charged with two counts of fraud after she went to the same financial institution twice to cash rolls of toonies that consisted of poker chips, except for individual toonies at each end.
