The talk show host that made his presence known at the 2007 World Series of Poker main event will soon be playing poker in Wales. Montel Williams, who stood out at the 2007 WSOP for his flamboyant shirt as much as his celebrity, will play at the PartyPoker.com Poker Nations Cup in Cardiff, Wales this April. - LATE POSITION - For a particular betting round, a player who does not have to act until most of the other players have acted.

- OPEN - Make the first bet in a hand, especially in draw poker.
- SPLIT [OPENERS] - In draw poker, to discard one or more openers, usually to draw to a straight or flush. Normally requires the opener to declare the act and retain the discards so that the act of opening can later be validated.
