Woman pushes for legalized home poker games
Wendy Nutting is moving all in to try and get the state to allow home poker games. The northern Idaho woman has been named Idaho state director for the national Poker Players Alliance.

Poker jargon:
- ON TILT - Playing worse (usually, more aggressively) than usual because a player has become emotionally upset.
- DRAW - [1] A class of poker games characterized by players being dealt 5 cards face-down and later having the opportunity to replace some of the original 5. "Draw poker" and "Five-card draw" are examples of usage. [2] In stud and Hold'em games, the set of cards that will be dealt later can be collectively called "the draw". [3] To discard some number of cards and have dealt an equal number of replacements.
- STRAIGHT - A hand consisting of 5 cards in sequence but not in suit.
- THIRD STREET - In Stud, the third card dealt to each player.
- UNDER THE GUN - The position that has to act first in a round of betting.
- FIRE - To make the first bet in a betting round. Used to emphasize that the player bet when a check was possible, showing strength.
