SAN FRANCISCO (Thomson Financial) - PokerTek Inc. said Wednesday it believes the allegations outlined in Lightning Poker’s announcement about its patent infringement lawsuit are without merit.

- HIT - To make a hand or catch a card or cards that improves one's hand. "I hit a gut-shot draw on the river."
- PASS - Opposite of bet. To check, if checked to. To fold, if bet to.
- BEE No. 92 (TM) - Trade name for the "diamond back" cards frequently used in casino games. Compare: RIDER BACK.
- FIFTH STREET - In stud poker, the fifth card to be dealt to each player. Sometimes used to refer to the last card dealt in Hold'em, although the more common term for this is RIVER (q.v.).
- MIDDLE POSITION - Betting positions approximately halfway around the table from the first player to act.
- DOUBLE BELLY BUSTER - A two-way inside straight. E.g., 3-5-6-7-9.
