The World Poker Store Inc. Announces “The Palace” June 2008 Opening in Loudi, China
The World Poker Store, with corporate offices in St. Paul, MN, announces the June 2008 opening of its membership-based upscale entertainment center in Loudi, China. The 50,000 square foot facility called “The Palace” will be the first of three locations slated to open this year in China.

Poker terminology:
- QUALIFIER - A minimum standard that a hand must meet in order to win. Usually applied to the lowball side of a high-low split pot.
- RAINBOW - In flop games, a flop in which no two cards are of the same suit. "The flop was A 9 7 rainbow."
- LOWBALL - Generic term for poker where the lowest hand wins.
- TOKE - Gambling term for "tip", as in "Toke the cocktail waitress". Comes from the term "Token of appreciation".
- PAT HAND - In draw poker, a hand that does not need any more cards. Specifically, a straight, flush, full house or straight flush. One might bluff and represent a pat hand but actually hold something else.
- OUT - [1] A card that will improve your hand, often substantially. A hand with many OUTS is preferable to a hand with only 1 or 2. [2] Folded, ineligible to bet or win this hand. "I'm out" is often a synonym for "I fold".
