The World Series of Poker branded Texas Holdem games are somewhat online poker, somewhat live poker, and somewhat dealer-less poker tables. - OVERPAIR - In Hold'em, a pair in the hole that is larger than any community card on the board.
- CHECK RAISE - To check initially, then raise a bet made later on in the same betting round. Frequently a sign of strength, but may be a bluff.
- BARN - A FULL HOUSE, three of a kind and a pair.
- RIVER - The last card dealt in a hand of stud or Hold'em.
- KICKER TROUBLE - Not having as high a kicker as an opponent.
- COMMUNITY CARDS - Cards that are available for every player to use in making a hand. Usually dealt face up somewhere in the middle of the table.
