Alaska Festivities Include Poker
In Anchorage, Alaska there is a once-a-year winter celebration called Fur Rendezvous, and this year poker has been added to the mix of festivities. More than 200,000 people are expected to show in downtown Anchorage for the February events, partially for the $10k World Series of Poker main event seat prize package that will be up for grabs. - LATE BLIND - In addition to "regular" blinds, some games allow a player (particularly a new one) to post a blind bet in return for the right to enter the game immediately and act last on the first betting round.
