PORTSMOUTH For paying undercover officers $332 in illegal video poker winnings, the State Street Saloon was court-ordered Monday to pay almost $28,000 in fines.

Potential poker players and dealers at Tri-State Racetrack & Gaming Center wont be able to lay their cards on the table until late next year. You arent looking at any gaming at Tri-State until probably fall, racetrack owner Dan Atkins said Monday.
