When Frank DeSena was shot in November while playing at an underground poker club in New York City, the men with the guns had jumped from simple armed robbery to murder. Steven Perez, of Tampa, Florida was arrested and held at in the Manhattan Detention Center, then moved to the Robert N. Davoren Center on December 3rd, and has just been charged with second-degree murder and first-degree robbery…

Useful poker information:
- STUD - Any of several poker games in which some of each players' cards are exposed.
- LATE POSITION - For a particular betting round, a player who does not have to act until most of the other players have acted.
- FULL OF - Describes a full house. "Fives full of queens" is 5-5-5-Q-Q.
- BUNNY - An eight. So named because one can easily draw "rabbit ears" above the numeral 8, "paws" in the middle and "feet" at the bottom. (Do this only at home, and not on cards that will be used for play.)
- RERAISE - To raise after an opponent has raised.
- SUITED - Two or more cards all the same suit. Ant: OFF-SUIT.
