One player at an underground New York City poker game was killed Friday night during a robbery. Less than a half hour before midnight four armed men burst in on the game, which was taking place illegally in a midtown office building, and opened fire. Frank Desena, 55, a Wayne man, was struck in the torso and rushed to a nearby hospital, where he later died…
The weekly “Live the Dream” promotion has begun at online poker room Everest Poker, and the first ten players to qualify have been announced. Players from six different countries (five from France and one each from Denmark, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy and Germany) made the top ten, who will move on to the March casting call.
