Poker Fraud Revealed By Poker Players
The large and successful poker site Absolute Poker, established in 2003, operating in Costa Rica and licensed by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, has had its name associated with a fraud case. The site itself and officials of the Mohawk Indian territory in Quebec have launched their investigation.

Poker lexicon:
- MISDEAL - A hand dealt incorrectly that must be re-dealt.
- FIFTH STREET - In stud poker, the fifth card to be dealt to each player. Sometimes used to refer to the last card dealt in Hold'em, although the more common term for this is RIVER (q.v.).
- BLUFF - To make a bet or raise with a poor hand, in hope that the remaining active player(s) will fold.
- FLAT CALL - To call a bet. Emphasizes that the caller did not raise.
- FISH - A player who loses money. An old saying is "If you can't spot the fish at the table, *you* are the fish.".
- POT LIMIT - A game where the maximum bet is determined by the size of the pot at the time. Note that a player wanting to raise first calls the bet, then totals the pot to determine the maximum amount he can raise.
