One to plead guilty in video poker scandal
ASHEVILLE A man who federal prosecutors describe as the person who looked for new clients in the Henderson Amusements video poker scheme plans to plead guilty Monday in federal court in Asheville, according to a copy of the plea agreement obtained by The Star.
