Tractor poker run Saturday
Tri-State Old Iron Association will sponsor a 30-mile tractor poker run Saturday, Sept. 8. The starting and ending point will be at Country Ford, Tyndall.

Poker slang:
- BIG SLICK - In Texas Hold'em, hole cards of A-K, suited or not.
- CALLER - One who calls. Sometimes used collectively, as in "3 callers".
- FIRE - To make the first bet in a betting round. Used to emphasize that the player bet when a check was possible, showing strength.
- EVEN-MONEY - A bet that pays off exactly the amount wagered. E.g., "Double or nothing" is an even-money bet.
- COMMUNITY CARDS - Cards that are available for every player to use in making a hand. Usually dealt face up somewhere in the middle of the table.
- POCKET ROCKETS - In Hold'em, a pair of aces for hole cards.
