The new poker room at the Wheeling Island Racetrack & Gaming Center has a new opening date, and it isn’t earlier than the previous one. The open date has been pushed back to November 1st, despite all the activity inside as construction workers have been trying to get the room ready since June. A very important rules change has taken place regarding admission to the 2007 World Poker Dealer Championships, opening the field up to allow a lot more players in the gate.
