Poker may get trumped in Cheyenne
CHEYENNE - Poker players around the state can shuffle up and deal in restaurants and bars starting July 1, but in Cheyenne they may be forced to fold before even seeing their cards.

- FIRE - To make the first bet in a betting round. Used to emphasize that the player bet when a check was possible, showing strength.
- CALLER - One who calls. Sometimes used collectively, as in "3 callers".
- RAINBOW - In flop games, a flop in which no two cards are of the same suit. "The flop was A 9 7 rainbow."
- PASS - Opposite of bet. To check, if checked to. To fold, if bet to.
- FLAT LIMIT - A variant of fixed limit where all bets are the same amount.
- HIT - To make a hand or catch a card or cards that improves one's hand. "I hit a gut-shot draw on the river."
