Bodog Guarantees $200K in Poker Tournament
Bodog’s recent announcement that they are dropping 2006 World Series of Poker winner Jamie Gold from their roster of poker champs doesn’t seem to have hindered their big time online poker tournaments with a double sized Sunday event. The $100K Guaranteed tournament became a $200K Guaranteed event, with the same buy in of $109. The move will certainly draw in the crowds, and if there are not enough players to cover the guarantee, the Bodog will cover the overlay - and if more than enough join, then the prize pool will increase by the appropriate amount.
