Poker Stars has been covering the EPT Scandinavian Open, and almost had the pleasure of announcing that one of their very own players won the event. Their horse in this race, a player with a nickname ElkY, didn’t win the event but did come in second. The winner, Swede Magnus Petersson, took home the title and €550,000, not to mention a seat to the European Poker Tour final event, taking place in a couple of months in Monte Carlo…

- FOUR OF A KIND - A hand containing all four cards of the same rank.
- BOARD - The exposed cards in Hold'em and stud. Also BOARD CARDS.
- FULL OF - Describes a full house. "Fives full of queens" is 5-5-5-Q-Q.
- POCKET ROCKETS - In Hold'em, a pair of aces for hole cards.
