Party Poker owner in talks to buy online rival
PARTY Poker owner PartyGaming said it was in “advanced discussions” to buy the gaming operations of smaller rival Empire Online. The proposed deal - thought to be worth $40m (£20.4m) - will see PartyGaming take control of Empire’s gambling websites including Noble Poker and Club Dice Casino.
