Las Vegas Sands to launch UK online poker site early 2007
The latest move by Las Vegas Sands, the major Vegas gambling group that owns The Venetian, Sands, Palazzo and Paiza land brands will cause ripples in the online gambling pond for sureit has commissioned Cantor Gaming to launch an online casino and poker site initially aimed at serving the United Kingdom market. The site is anticipated to be launched during the second quarter of 2007.

- COMMUNITY CARDS - Cards that are available for every player to use in making a hand. Usually dealt face up somewhere in the middle of the table.

- GOOD GAME - A game with players worse than you so that you can expect to win a lot of money.
- PAT HAND - In draw poker, a hand that does not need any more cards. Specifically, a straight, flush, full house or straight flush. One might bluff and represent a pat hand but actually hold something else.
