Neteller makes U-turn: says it will comply with UIGEA
In an abrupt change of policy on Thursday last week Neteller, the Isle of Man registered online money transfer firm, said it would comply with new US regulations that prohibit internet gambling sites taking money from US residents.

Poker argot:
- PAT - Holding or being dealt a pat hand. "I'm pat" would mean "I don't want to draw any cards.
- READ - To determine whether an opponent has a good, medium or bad hand by observing his personal behavior. An inexact science.
- BOARD - The exposed cards in Hold'em and stud. Also BOARD CARDS.
- AMERICAN AIRLINES - In Hold'em, a pair of Aces in the hole. Better known (at least in rec.gambling) as POCKET ROCKETS.
- TIGHT - [1] A style of play that entails playing fewer hands than average. Antonym: LOOSE. [2] A FULL HOUSE.
- TRIPS - Three of a kind. In Hold'em the term SET is used when two of the three cards are hole cards.
