When the US Congress passed the bill threatening the livelihood of online poker players in America, everyone wondered exactly how the poker industry would be impacted. Much has been made over the fact that the bill does not target the individual poker player, but rather seeks to force banking institutions to enforce a ban on financial transactions that go from the poker player to the online poker room. As many poker players don’t use standard traditional banks, but rely on newer, web-based financial processing companies, the question inevitably became, “What would Neteller do?”
