Partygaming founders lose GBP1.8 million in just a few days
The four founders of online poker giant Party Gaming became the poster children for instant mega-wealth when the company went public in London not long ago. Their shares were valued in the billions as Party Gaming entered the FTSE 100 index with a value in excess of GBP 4.5 billion.

Poker argot:
- TAP - In no-limit games, to wager all of one's money in one bet.
- MIDDLE POSITION - Betting positions approximately halfway around the table from the first player to act.
- FOURTH STREET - In stud poker, the fourth card dealt to each player. Sometimes used to refer to the fourth community card dealt in Hold'em, although the more common term for this is TURN (q.v.).
- PAT - Holding or being dealt a pat hand. "I'm pat" would mean "I don't want to draw any cards.
- WALK - A pot won by the last blind when no one opens.
- FLAT CALL - To call a bet. Emphasizes that the caller did not raise.
