There will soon be new games offered at Madison’s DeJope Gaming Center — and it appears poker might be one of them.
PENNS GROVE — The Penns Grove Elks Lodge No. 1358, located on Main Street across from the Penns Grove Post Office, will be hosting its annual Poker Run and Pig Roast on Sunday. Motorcycle Run registration be held from 10 am until noon.
The English Amateur Poker Championship was held in Birmingham over the weekend at the Broadway Casino, the first in a number of events on the docket for the Amateur Poker Association & Tour (APAT). The English Amateur Poker Championship was the first live event, taking place on the 23rd and 24th of September, and was filled to capacity - 120 players in deep stack poker with about one fifth of the players participating in their very first live event. Each player got 10,000 starting chips for a £75 buy in, each seeking to land in the money and possibly score a seat to a European Poker Tour event, paid for by Poker Stars…
