LAS VEGAS If only Douglas Kim and Richard Lee hadnt run into two queens in Vegas last week at the World Series of Poker. Then maybe theyd be telling a different story today.

 

Online poker room Party Poker is setting up a potential $1 million prize to celebrate the moment that they deal their 5 billionth hand. Much more of luck than poker skills is required to win the money, however, as it will require a royal flush dealt on the 5 millionth hand in order to win the $1 million prize. However there is a lot of other free money going on during this promotion, with prize pools dropping into tables dealing one of eight lucky hands, starting with hand number 4,965,000,000…

 

Several local businesses are sponsoring a poker run in memory of Jay and Carrie Thompson, who were killed in a motorcycle accident last month. Carrie was the owner of the Stars and Bars Saloon (formerly Rock Harley Saloon) in Salisbury.

 

August 17th 2006, Mobile Alliance ( www.mobilealliancegames.com ) announces the release of two adult games: «Erotic Poker: Featuring Nancy» and «Black Jack: Faith». The official release of both games is scheduled on the 1st of September.
