August 10 is getting closer, and that will be the day that the 37th annual World Series of Poker will draw to a close as nine poker players, all of whom will be taking home at the very least $1 million, will battle it out for 12 times that amount. Today will be a day of protracted warfare as the two dozen or so players vie desperately for position, trying not to get knocked out before they can get to the final table. But even those who finish in 10th, 11th, and 12th places will be millionaires and the others pretty close to it….
