BetOnBet Defects to Microgaming Poker Network
Microgaming, the world’s largest supplier of poker and casino software, announces it has signed BetOnBet, the online betting exchange, to its Microgaming Poker Network. The announcement follows the acquisition of Ongame by BETandWIN, with the operator citing a competitive conflict as one of its main reasons for the move.

Poker argot:
- LITTLE SLICK - In Hold'em, hole cards of A-2, suited or not.
- BURN - To discard the top card of the deck prior to dealing, usually done for every dealing round except the first. The theory being that if somehow the cards are marked (illegally) no one will know what card will next be dealt, only what card will be burned. This makes marked cards less of an advantage, hence tends to reduce cheating.
- SHILL - A card room employee who plays with House money, and does not share in any of his (her) winnings or losses. Shills are used to facilitate starting games, and keeping them going. Compare: PROP.
- TOP TWO PAIR - In flop games, having hole cards that make the highest possible two pair hand.
- FLUSH - A poker hand consisting of five cards all one suit.
- RAIL - A barrier dividing the card playing area from a public area.
