2006 WSOP: Two $3,000 WSOP Events Start Today
The limits for the events are steadily climbing at the 2006 World Series of Poker, putting aside the standout events of ten and fifty thousand. Two three thousand dollar events start today, requiring players to put their money in to prove their poker superiority. The Omaha Hi/Low Split kicks off at 2pm, and two hours before the Limit Holdem shootout players will take their seats as well, filling up the tournament room at the Rio All-Suite Hotel Casino.
The shootout event runs a little different from normal multi-table events…
