WSOP Updates - Spotlight Series, Vol 3 - Tony G.

Our third ’spotlight player’ is Tony G. Tony G is the current European Champion, World Poker Tour Champion and three time World Poker Tour finalist.

FLOORMAN - The casino representative in charge of the card room or a section of a card room. Arbitrates disputes when unusual events happen.
POT - The total amount of money bet so far in a hand.
OPENER - The player who opens the betting, especially in draw poker. A hand may have no openers, in which case it is PASSED OUT, i.e., new hands are dealt.
NUT / NUTS - The best possible hand of a given class. Not a LOCK unless all cards have been dealt. The "nut flush" is the highest possible flush, but might still lose to, e.g., a full house. Usually used in Hold'em games.
SHARK - A good/crafty player often posing as a fish early in the game.
PAY STATION - A player who rarely folds, thus who frequently calls better hands and loses. Almost as much fun as a LIVE ONE.
